Introduction
Passport Office, Nagpur started functioning from September 1989. It caters to 17 districts of Maharashtra viz Nagpur, Gondia, Bhandara, Gadchiroli, Chandrapur, Wardha, Amravati, Yawatmal, Akola, Washim, Buldana, Hingoli, Nanded, Parbhani, Jalna, Latur and Osmanabad. The office is located at CGO Complex, B Block, 1st floor Seminary Hills, Nagpur, Maharashtra-440006.

News and Announcements

The current opening time of appointments is 3:00 PM.
Online Payment has been made mandatory for booking appointments at Passport Seva Kendra(s) under this Passport Office. Click here for details.
  1. Categories of Applicants allowed as “Walk-In with ARN”

    Following mentioned categories of applicants are allowed as “Walk-in Applicants”. Applicants falling under these categories need to register Online, fill in the online application form and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting the PSK. Such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet between09:00 am to 11:00 am
    1. Applicants for issue of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
    2. All Tatkaal applicants (Fresh & Re-issue)
    3. Senior Citizens (above 60 years)
    4. Minors below 15 years whose parents hold valid Passports
    5. Applicants applying for reissue due to Lost / Damaged passport
    6. Diplomatic & Official Passport holders for ordinary passport
    7. Applicants for deletion of ECR status in Passports without change in personal particulars
    8. Physically challenged applicants (including visually impaired, deaf and mute reporting with certificate)
    9. Applicants with valid passports, seeking new booklets in case of exhaustion of the visa pages
  2. Eligible applicant can apply under TATKAAL by submitting online application form by selecting Service Type as 'TATKAAL' while taking a 'NORMAL' appointment. Then applicant need to visit PSK Nagpur with printout of valid online 'Application Reference Number' (ARN) with appointment and required documents.
